Labhya currently delivers within India through a multi-courier network. The delivery PIN code, serviceability and order details determine the courier, delivery estimate and any shipping charge shown at checkout.

Simple steps, visible progress

We keep the customer-facing journey simple even though courier allocation, serviceability checks and delivery exceptions are handled behind the scenes.

Order confirmed

Your order and payment method are confirmed. COD, when available, is shown at checkout for eligible orders and locations.

Quality check & packing

Allow 1–3 working days for order verification, quality checking, packing and courier handover.

Courier assigned

The courier is selected according to delivery PIN code, serviceability and operating conditions. The courier shown in tracking may vary by order.

Tracking shared

Once the shipment is dispatched, use the tracking link or your Labhya account to follow the latest fulfillment status.

Delivery

Transit time varies by destination and courier network. Please keep the delivery phone number reachable for delivery coordination.

Shipping charges

Eligible orders above ₹2,500 receive free shipping. For lower order values, the applicable charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.

Missed delivery / reattempt

The courier may make up to two delivery attempts, subject to serviceability and courier process. A failed delivery can lead to return-to-origin, so please respond to courier calls or messages.

Lost or damaged parcel

If the outer parcel is visibly damaged, or tracking appears stuck after dispatch, contact Labhya with the order number. We will coordinate the investigation with the delivery partner.

Contact Labhya as soon as possible. Address changes or cancellation requests can only be considered before the order has been processed or handed to the courier.

Checkout is the final serviceability check.

Courier availability and delivery conditions can differ by PIN code. The shipping option and charge displayed at checkout are the final values for that order.

Important: Shipping charges are not refunded for customer refusal, incorrect address details or avoidable delivery failure. Where a confirmed wrong, damaged or defective item is Labhya’s responsibility, any approved shipping reimbursement is handled through support.
